LeFore was planted in the late 1990’s in what is known as the Rocks District of the Walla Walla Valley. The rolled cobblestones have produced exotic aromas of smoked meats, teriyaki, black peppercorns, and wildflowers, all in an inky, saturated color. The palate on this wine is so sexy and silky, soft, possessing great acidity for the warmer vintage and site. The wine keeps me coming back to continually taste the great purity of fruit and concentration on the palate. Drink now through 2040.
